| This homepage is a new activity by the Dutch Volvo 480 Enthusiasts
Club. This site was opened end of 1998. Thanks to several search engines
this site attracts tens of visitors per day.
This site would not have been possible without the support of active club members who provide information, articles and pictures. The club magazine Born Classic in particular is an important source of information. The internet committee expresses its thanks to all persons for their support and contributions. The internet committee welcomes any suggestions you may have. The internet committee is comprised of three persons who introduce themselves below. |

Sybo Bruinsma (1959) is a Volvo 480 enthousiast since the market introduction in 1986, and drives a Volvo 480 since 1987. After having owned an ES and a turbo he now drives his third Volvo 480, a GT-turbo of 1995. He was, together with amongst others Ruud van Rooijen, member of the founding board of the Dutch Volvo 480 Enthusiasts Club. Although he later resigned as a board member, he is still an active member. Together with Louis Jacobs and Erwin Schürmann he now runs the website. Sybo writes articles for the site, and makes English translations. I enjoy spending my free time with my two lovely young daughters. I am interested in cars in general, and fast, open and classic cars in particular. For holidays I like touring and skiing. I have a degree in business economics and am a Dutch chartered accountant, and work for a specialized financial institution. I hope this homepage will make people get to know the Volvo 480 better. I am pleased to be able to contribute. |

Sinds begin 2005 treed ik op als webmaster van het Volvo480-Register. Het idee is dat dit tijdelijk zal zijn.
Nu is alles tijdelijk, maar het schijnt zelfs dat niets zo permanent is als dat.
