20 January	New Years Meeting in "De Beurs" situated in Oirschot (Brabant) The first meeting of the New Year for Volvo-drivers. Enoying some drinks and snacks, one could give eachother their best wishes for the new year.
24 February	The annual general members meeting. This meeting will be in Born. It will be a meeting with something to celebrate. It's been ten years ago the Volvo 480-Register was founded. After the meeting a tour of Limburg will be made.
21 April	The celebration of 10 years Volvo 480-Register will take place this sunday in Asperen.
11 May	The first meeting of Volvo 480 Italian Club is organized. The meeting will be in a town called Capranica near Rome, in the center of Italy. There will be a very nice tour around Capranica: we will see the Natural Park of Vico Lake, historical romantic buildigs, and the fantastic country side with a particular route. It is a very important meeting because it is the first, and Volvo Car Italy will be the sponsor, so we are very proud! There will be also old volvo like 144, P1800, PV544, and more. 21 May	Everybody withstood the traffic jam and arrived on time in Hotel Born. As is becoming customary, it was an exceptionally warm day. After an extensive lunch we left for the Nedcar production plant. More than 35 Volvo 480's in a row just gives a splendid sight. After some Volvo promotional videos we finally headed for the plant. A plant train toured us around. It was very impressive and interesting to see how and how fast the restyled S40 and V40 are made. Afterwards a drink or two, and of course with a piece of equally famous local pie (Limburg vlaai), before returning home. All participants, thank you for your warm welcome and Maurice Lamers, clubmember and working at Nedcar, that you for organising an exciting day.
25-26 May	Denmarks biggest Volvo meeting is held on Dragsholm Castle, Zealand, Denmark. Free camping starting Friday. The meet is scheduled both days from 10 to 4 but it is intended to make it a whole weekend. There will be plenty to see and do. Also for children. There is prizes for: Long distance (who has the longest distance to participate?), and for all Volvos in different categories. A party is arranged in the big tent Saturday evening; it will be possible to buy a grilled dinner for a fair price. Registration is not necessary. More information: +45 444 70 544 or WWW.Volvo-PV.dk.
14&15 September	The annual Volvo Classics weekend in the Voordorphallen in Utrecht. You can visit the website for more information.
22 september	Finaly a lot of people turned up at the puzzle tour, after a poor subscription. They must have waited for the weather forecast. The tour through the countyside of Voorne-Putten started after everybody got their sleep away with a good cup of coffee and some apple pie. The countryside involved a large contradiction of a beautiful landscape and the petrochemical industry on the other side. At the end of the tour Jan and Marja Voskuilen won. They became the proud owner of the Volvo 480-Register Golden trofee for a year. And as always, a great dinner buffet was served.
16 november	The technical day in Delft. Special attention was given to fixing small body damages without repainting and filling minor windscreen damages.
