4 January New Year reception. Held in the historic town of Haarzuilens, near Utrecht the Netherlands. The castle of Haarzuilens is the largest in the Netherlands, and has very nice gardens. V051njaar983a.gif
15 februari Karting Grand Prix for members of the Dutch Volvo 480 Enthousiasts Club in the province of Northern-Holland. Tour starting at Volvo dealer Ton van Kuyk in Alkmaar. Stop at Nordicar in Heerhugowaard (Volvo restoration center) and then to Hippo Karting Centre in Hyppolytushoef.

4 april Technical meeting in Amersfoort. Because of oversubscription of the technical meeting in Tiel, an extra meeting was held where Volvo 480's were thoroughly checked by experienced Volvo staff. V065afstamfrt2a.gif
26 April Spring, hunebeds were only two of the ingredients of the tour through Drenthe, a beautiful province in the Northern part of the Netherlands. Organized by Ronnie Rolink and (our webmaster) Erwin Schürmann. V070drth17a.gif
14 juni General meeting club members

As in the last year, the annual general meeting was combined with a tour in Brabant in the southern part of the Netherlands. Luc Hultermans provided vauable assistance.

12/13 september The annual Volvo Classics weekend in Rosmalen, with car sales, parts' sale, book sale, exhibition etcetera.

The Volvo 480-Register presented itself in the new stand which was very much rewarded.
